چکیده
In this paper, as raw material, soy protein, amino nitrogen content as an indicator to determine the microwave heating three enzymes (alkaline protease, papain, pepsin) in cooperation with means of enzyme hydrolysis of processing the order and the preparation of small molecule soybean peptides best process Conditions.Measured by fluorescence analysis AN, dextran G-50 gel chromatography separation and detection. Experimental results show that: three enzyme hydrolysis is superior to a single enzyme, fluorescence analysis, G-50 gel chromatography of the soybean peptides may be a better separation and detection.

Antimicrobial Peptides Derived from Milk: A Review
Milk proteins provide a natural source of bioactive peptides with potential health benefits and applications in the food industry. The release of these peptides from milk proteins is achieved either by hydrolysis using digestive proteases or by lactic acid bacteria fermentation. Peptides, particularly those derived from milk proteins, can exert a wide range of nutritional, functional and biolog...
متن کاملPeptide and protein hydrolysis by microwave irradiation.
The recent advances in instrumentation for amino acid analysis and highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC) have shortened the net analysis time for amino acid analysis to less than an hour for each individual sample. Therefore the rate-determining and most essential step of a successful amino acid analysis now lies in the skillful preparation of protein hydrolysates. The commonly used conv...
متن کاملCharacterization of Yeast Protein Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Autolysis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Kluyveromyces marxianus
Protein recovery under sonication treatment and autolysis, also protein hydrolysis progress during enzymatic hydrolysis (using trypsin and chymotrypsin) and autolysis (using endogenous enzymes) were investigated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Kluyveromyces marxianus. Crude protein content of dried yeast cells were 53.22% and 45.6% for S.cerevisiae and K.marxianus, respectively. After 96 hrs of...
متن کاملPlant protein hydrolysates: preparation of defined peptide fractions promoting growth and production in animal cells cultures.
A new approach was applied with the aim at producing plant protein hydrolysates less heterogeneous and less contaminated with nonpeptide substances than are the presently available digests. A significant reduction of nonprotein contaminants was achieved by extraction of the plant material, soy flour or wheat flour, with acetone prior to isolation of the protein. Enzymes of nonanimal origin, pap...
متن کاملEffects of soy protein base diet supplemented with lysine and methionine on digestive enzymes activity and hematological parameters in silvery-black porgy (Sparidentex hasta) juveniles
The effect of dietary partial replacement of fish meal (FM) with soybean protein (SP) alone or in combination with lysine (Lys) and methionine (Met) supplementation were tested in a 60-day feeding trial for silvery-black porgy (Sparidentex hasta) juveniles. Seven isoproteic (ca. 50% crude protein) and isoenergetic (ca. 22.4 MJ kg-1) diets were formulated in which 45% (SP45), 60% (SP60) and 75% ...
